Exchange Policy

At RAVINS, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase you make with us.
Please take a moment to read through our Exchange Policy carefully to understand our procedure and ensure that your item(s) qualify for an exchange.

Eligibility Period

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange.
For example, if your order was delivered on the 5th of the month, you may initiate an exchange any time before or on the 11th of the same month.

If your item meets the eligibility criteria listed below, you can easily start your exchange request by sending us a message through Instagram or contacting us directly via our official website once your order has been marked as fulfilled by our team.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log in to your account (click here).

    • Enter the same email address you used when placing your order, then click Continue.

    • Check your inbox for an email from RAVINS containing a six-digit verification code.

    • Return to the website and enter the code to access your account.

  2. Select the order you wish to exchange.

  3. If your order contains multiple items, please select the specific item(s) you would like to exchange.

  4. Choose your reason for exchange, select your desired replacement product(s) and size(s), and include any notes or special instructions for our team.

  5. Click Request Exchange.

    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping details and instructions (if shipping is required).

After approval, our team will schedule a reverse pickup for your parcel. You’ll receive your replacement item through this same process.
Please ensure the old item(s) are handed back to the same delivery personnel at the time of exchange.

This process typically takes 6–8 working days, and no additional charges will apply.

Information Required for Exchange

Please keep the following details ready when requesting an exchange:

  • Your order number

  • Reason(s) for exchange (attach images for reference if applicable)

  • In case of new items in exchange: Product name(s) and size(s)

  • Any updated contact details or delivery address (if different from the original order)

Important Note

Exchanges are only accepted for items that:

  • Are unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Are returned within the 7-day exchange period

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
